Cape York 2022

Not all things go to plan, and this trip definitely didn’t! After driving for five days straight from Melbourne to the Cape York Peninsula with a perfect vehicle, getting 15L per 100km, our tough 80 cracked a head half way through day one of the telly.

We learnt a lot in the time we were stuck in the small town of Weipa, but most importantly make sure you have Roadside assistance because towing 3000kms home is a long way.
